Step | You | We |
|---|---|---|
1. Intro and liquidity review | Tell us the token, the venues and whether you have a market maker today. | Send back a review of your order book from public exchange data: spread, depth at the top of book and volume against peers. |
2. Know your business | Share entity documents, beneficial owners and the source of the tokens. | Run sanctions, jurisdiction and adverse-media checks. We only proceed once these pass. |
3. Agreement | Agree the pairs, inventory limits and fee; sign; name your contacts. | Draft terms that match the exchange’s own entrustment rules: a flat monthly retainer in arrears, with credits when uptime or spread targets are missed. No volume targets, no token loans, no options. |
4. Access | Create the managed sub-account, trade-only API key or agent wallet in your own exchange account, add our IP addresses, and hand it over. | Verify the permissions, create your dashboard login, and test the off switch with you. We place no order until the key is verified trade-only. |
5. Dry run | Watch the dashboard. | Run observe-only on your account first (connect, read, report, no orders), then quote at small size. |
6. Live | Receive your first statement and a monthly review. | Quote both sides around the clock and report continuously. |
What to have ready
Before you decide
Read what our access can and cannot do on each exchange, and how we check it, on the security page. Then send us the token and we start with the liquidity review.
