A listing is a date; liquidity is what the exchange and your holders see every day after it. Exchanges track spread, depth at the top of the book and how often both sides are quoted. A pair that misses those marks picks up warnings first and a delisting review later. Two-sided quotes from the first minute of trading are how a new pair avoids that path.

Two to three weeks is comfortable: account setup, key checks, the observe-only run and agreeing inventory limits. Shorter is possible when the exchange account already exists.
No. We trade your inventory in your account for a fee. A token loan with a call option gives the market maker a reason to want the price somewhere other than where you do, so we do not offer one.
No. We quote both sides so that buying and selling is cheap and possible at any hour. Price is set by your buyers and sellers, and volume we create by trading with ourselves would be wash trading, which we do not do.
Centralised exchanges we trade on today include Kraken, KuCoin, Gate, MEXC, OKX and Bybit; on-chain, Hyperliquid order books. Tell us where the listing is and we confirm coverage.
Tell us the exchange and the listing date, and we reply with what we would need from you and when.
